The Company

Stauper Offshore AS is located in Sandefjord, outside of Oslo, Norway.

The company has emerged from a cluster with more than 30 years of experience in separation and processing technology.

The founders of the company have previously developed and patented earlier generation CFU technologies. The management have background in companies like Schlumberger, Cameron, GE and Norsk Hydro and have overseen the design and delivery of a large number of CFU installations around the world.

In addition to the office in Sandefjord, Stauper is serving the Far East markets through an office in Bangkok, Thailand.

Managing Director

Mr. Rune G. Nilssen

Prior to joining  Stauper, Rune was the CEO of Ennox Technology a company that has developed a system for handling of oil contaminated solids. Prior to that, Rune has worked in the areas of diplomacy, investment banking, technology commercialisation and corporate development in Brussels, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Toronto.


Technical Director

Mr. Jørn Folkvang

Mr Folkvang has more than 40 years of experience from  oil and gas industry whereas 30 years focusing on CFU technologies.  Mr. Folkvang was the co-inventor of the world´s first CFU and also the inventor of the first CFU with multiple stages in one vessel. Mr. Folkvang has also worked for Norsk Hydro, TST and Cameron.


Sales Director

Mr. Carl Johan Sverdrup

Mr. Sverdrup has more than 30 years experience from the Oil & Gas industry where  he has been involved with treatment of produced water since 2004.  He worked first with Epcon Offshore in Norway, then with M-I Swaco, TS-Group and Cameron.  For the last 12 years he has been based in Bangkok covering the markets in Asia and the Middle East.

Svein Tore Duaas

Mr. Duaas has more than 25 years of experience in oil and gas industry whereas more than 10 years focusing on CFU technologies.  Previously he has deployed CFU packages around the world as part of Epcon, MI-SWACO and TS -Technology. He has worked on several projects designing control systems (HMI/SAS), and testing and commissioning of numerous oil, gas and CFU installations around the world.


Engineering & Quality Assurance

Mr. Eivind Singdahlsen

Mr. Singdahlsen has close to 40 years’ experience in mechanical and process engineering. Prior to joining Stauper Offshore, he was the Managing Director of Allum Marine AS where he has been responsible for the engineering, procurement and commissioning of close to 40 CFU deliveries as a sub-supplier to Epcon/Schlumberger/TS Technology/Cameron.

Mr. Singdahlsen is responsible for Stauper ́s QA from concept development through fabrication drawings.


Chairman

Mr. John Hestenes Hansen

Mr. Hestenes Hansen has well over 20 years experience from Norwegian industry and has headed up several high-growth companies in a wide range of industries. Mr. Hestenes Hansen is in charge of the company´s financial and regulatory affairs. Most recently, Mr Hestenes Hansen was the co-founder and Chairman of Ennox Technology a company that has developed a technology for separating oil from solids.


In addition, Stauper has a team of experienced field engineers
available ready for deployment to test, install and commission systems

September 2018: Started subsea qualification and certification. In a project managed by a leading oil and gas systems integrator, the Stauper CFU will be fully qualified and certified, ready for subsea installation by 2019. The Stauper CFU will then be par of a subsea production solution.
