Stauper Offshore AS is located in Sandefjord, just outside of Oslo, Norway.
The company has emerged from a cluster with more than 30 years of experience in separation and processing technology and owns several patents.
The founders of the company have previously developed and patented earlier generation CFU technologies. The management have background from companies like Schlumberger, Cameron, GE and Norsk Hydro and have overseen the design and delivery of a large number of CFU installations around the world.

Prior to joining Stauper, Johann spent 20 years with TechnipFMC in a succession of leadership positions, including: Managing Director, Operations Director, Business Development Director and Engineering Director. Prior to that Johann spent 10 years in the South African Airforce as an Aeronautical Design Engineer.
Bjoern is an experienced senior executive with close to 40 years experience in the oil and gas and environmental services sectors. Bjoern has had senior project and management positions with Norsk Hydro, Shell, TS Group, Det Norske/AkerBP and Lundin Energy. In these roles Bjorn has overseen major deployments and developments of green and brownfield projects. Bjorn was also the CEO and co-founder of TS Technology a company that developed produced water technologies that was sold to Cameron in 2011. Bjorn co-founded TS Group a major service provider to the energy sector. This was later sold to Telemark Group.
Rune is a co-founder and was the Managing Director of Stauper until November 2021. Prior to Stauper, Rune was the CEO of Ennox Technology a company that has developed a system for handling of oil contaminated solids. Before that, Rune has worked in the areas of diplomacy, investment banking, technology commercialisation and corporate development in Brussels, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Toronto.
Mr Folkvang has more than 40 years of experience from oil and gas industry whereas 30 years focusing on CFU technologies. Mr. Folkvang was the co-inventor of the world´s first CFU and also the inventor of the first CFU with multiple stages in one vessel. Mr. Folkvang has also worked for Norsk Hydro, TST and Cameron.
Mr. Singdahlsen has close to 40 years’ experience in mechanical and process engineering. Prior to joining Stauper Offshore, he was the Managing Director of Allum Marine AS where he has been responsible for the engineering, procurement and commissioning of close to 40 CFU deliveries as a sub-supplier to Epcon/Schlumberger/TS Technology/Cameron.
Mr. Singdahlsen is responsible for Stauper ́s QA from concept development through fabrication drawings.
