The Stauper Compact Flotation Unit (CFU) is a patented technology resulting from decades of experience in produced water treatment. The founder of the company has previously co-developed and co-patented the world´s first CFU. He has authored several patents and his technologies are widely used by operators around the world.
The Stauper CFU removes oil, solids and gas from produced water in a very efficient manner. The system has a very small footprint and requires minimal operator intervention and no maintenance. The Stauper CFU has been proven to reduce oil in water content close to zero PPM.
As the next generation of gas flotation separation technology, Stauper patented process offers unique and unmatched benefits for the end user. The Stauper CFU will meet the strictest discharge requirements, while being able to save cost, space and weight.
The core technology of Stauper CFU: the patented internals can also be installed in new or existing oil-water separation vessels allowing for simple, cost-effective and efficient debottlenecking. The internals can be installed into degassers, CFUs and WOSEPs allowing operators to handle increasing water cut and meeting discharge requirement.
Stauper Offshore offers Best Available Technology for removal of oil from produced water on- and offshore.
